GUARANTEES

A minimum sale for all Saturday functions between the months of May-October may apply. A tentative number of persons to be in attendance is due 14 days prior and a final count 10 days to date of function. Total payment is due 10 days prior to the date of the function. This number is not subject to reduction and is considered a financial commitment.

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A signed contract and initial deposit is required to reserve THE LOFT for your date.

MENU SELECTION/CONFIRMATION

Final menu items must be received 10 days prior to the function. All food and beverage will be provided by The Loft and consumed within the time frame of the event as stated on the contract. Food and beverage are not permitted to be removed from The Loft due to certain liabilities. The Loft reserves the right to confiscate food or beverage that is brought on the property in violation of this policy without prior arrangements from the food and beverage department.

LIQUOR SERVICE

Open bars are a maximum of four and one-half hours. The Loft at Sweet Water is governed by the PLCB and all liquor must be purchased through Sweet Water. No outside liquor is allowed!

THE LOFT TERMS & CONDITIONS

THIS AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:

Cancellations must be in writing by Patron who signed contract. All prepayments and fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The Loft at Sweet Water will take commercially reasonable measures to book another event in place of that which is cancelled. In the event that The Loft at Sweet Water Country Club is able to book an alternate event on that date, time and using the space as cancelled event at total dollar price equal to or greater of your event, The Loft at Sweet Water will refund 50% of the initial deposit.

Failure by the Patron to pay the amounts required under this contract by the dates specified herein shall constitute a cancellation of this function.

Final count of persons expected shall be made 10 days prior to the function. At this time, the patron is responsible for the full payment of this final count. The additional guest count is charged at the same price per person as stated in the contract.

Our 1800's barn has been beautifully restored to provide elegance and charm for any occasion. With our elegant outdoor terrace which wraps around the Loft, we provide many options and access to our picturesque garden, waterfall and landscape.

Wedding Menu Options

Our chipping area and putting green are surrounded by a 9 hole course, giving the golfer a mental focus when practicing. We also offer private golf instruction for any age golfer, junior clinics and golf schools for youth to meet all of your golfing needs.

Putting Green

Specifically for putting, this 4,500 square foot green has real putting cups – not “hit it and it’s in” sticks, but actual holes to putt your ball to for that realistic read
A bent grass green with plenty of undulations to practice different length putts
Free to the public – you do not have to purchase a bucket to use our putting green – just check with the pro shop so we can let you know if it is not being used for lessons or clinics

Sweet Water Country Club is a 9 Hole golf course. It measures 2777 yards from the men's tees, and plays to a Par of 36 with two Par 5’s, one of them being the 475-yard 4th hole. 9 and 18 hole rates are available and tee times can be booked online or by phone, up to 14 days in advance.

A stream and two ponds affect play on three holes, with the ponds affecting play dramatically on a Par 4. The ponds, which have been worked on (in 2000), are positioned around a enlarged green on the 250 yd 2nd hole, creating a somewhat island green.

When playing our facility, you can use your Smartphone as a GPS device with one of the following Free GPS Apps. These apps feature exact yardages to the front, center & back of our greens, and are good for almost any course in the United States.

Simply click one of the logos below to be directed to the manufacturer's website to download the proper version for your smartphone (iPhone or Android). Once you find and select our course, it will be added to your 'favorite courses' for future use anytime you start the App. The Free versions are more than enough for most, but each company also offers a 'Pro' version of the App for a small, one-time fee. These versions will provide additional features & functionality such as scorecards, maps, hole flyovers & stat tracking. Be sure to read the descriptions on each manufacturer's website, and it's completely OK to try both!
